If you want to improve your performance in your business or any area of your life, building your confidence will help you do that. Research has shown that confidence is the most highly correlated with high performance and success.

People with high levels of confidence are also more likely to be happy, love taking on new challenges and feel like they’re making a difference in the world so feel fulfilled. It also makes it less likely that you’ll burnout, something that so many of my clients come to me for help recovering from.

If you want to increase your performance in your business, you need to build your confidence. I offer one-on-one coaching via Skype to help you build your confidence so you can do the things you need to do to grow a successful business or take your already successful business to the next level.

Confidence Building Power Session: (90 minutes)

Do you feel like something is holding you back when it comes to moving forward with your business? Is there an area of your life that you’d love to perform better and accomplish more but finding it hard to get traction? In this 90min coaching session I’ll help you get clarity about where you’re stuck, what is holding you back and suggest tools and strategies to help you get unstuck and perform better.

*If you decide within 24 hours of our Power Session that you’d like to continue the work and enroll in my 3 or 6 month programs, I will credit you the FULL amount toward your new package!

Coaching Packages:

I offer 3 and 6 month coaching packages. Depending on your individual circumstances I’ll help you:

  • Get clarity on your business vision (or other goal-related)- what success looks like for you.
  • Identify the limiting beliefs that are holding you back from executing.
  • Develop strategies for overcoming these blocks so you can move forward with more joy and ease, and less stress and overwhelm.
  • Keep you on track with support and accountability!

In the packages you’ll get:

  • 3 one-on-one calls/month with me (45 mins).
  • Email check in for between call support
  • Additional resources and material as needed.

While I do recommend going with a package as it increases your own commitment to accomplishing your goals, I can also make arrangments to accommodate your individual needs and budget.

What is coaching?

According to the International Coach Federation (coaching’s largest accrediting body), coaching is “an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses, or organizations.” Coaching involves a series of professional consultations that help you to achieve your goals. Unlike therapy, coaching does not require or presuppose a personal “problem” or dysfunction that needs to be addressed.

Who might benefit from coaching?

Coaching is for you if you’re looking to:

  • Achieve a “next level” business goal
  • Improve your focus and motivation
  • Examine and adjust priorities (a.k.a. “work-life balance”)
  • Improve interpersonal or communication skills

Why coaching?

All people, no matter how capable and talented, can benefit from coaching. We all have blind spots. We all make relatively poor decisions when under stress. We all have limited focus and energy. Even the world’s greatest athletes have coaches. A coach is an objective, thoughtful, attentive advisor who can help you see the big picture.

How does coaching work?

Coaching involves regular (weekly or bimonthly) Skype interactions with your coach, during which time your coach:

  • Helps you clarify and articulate your values and goals
  • Helps you strategize and plan
  • Helps you develop self-awareness around beliefs and thinking habits which are holding you back
  • Helps you to develop habits which support success
  • Provides support and an objective sounding board
  • Holds you responsible and accountable
